I’m John F. Kennedy (The other extremely handsome guy), a 35-year survivor of Diabetes (and 5 other complications from the dis-ease). That’s over three decades of navigating highs and lows—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Diabetes nearly claimed me more than once, but I’m still standing. Still learning. Still fighting.

Now, I’m facing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), but this time, I’m not just relying on prescriptions. I’m using the power of food, herbs, meditation, and physical movement. I’ve made it my mission to show others how to fight back naturally—before it’s too late.
